This month, we’re taking a look at Give 716, an event organized by the Buffalo Bills Foundation and the Buffalo Sabres Foundation. Give 716 is a day of giving that recognizes the importance of supporting local nonprofits and helping those in need in Western New York. Give 716, in their own words, “is a collaborative effort to unite Bills and Sabres fans with the Western New York community in an epic giving event!”
Over the past three years, and with a total of 18,503 separate donors, Give 716 has raised more than $3 million for charities in the WNY area. Give 716 has worked with local organizations supporting senior citizens, cancer research, homeless care, youth education, and much, much more.
